The Alchemists of Dirz, also called Syhars, have harnessed the magic of Darkness and perfected sacrilegious knowledge to create legions of clones and counter-natural creatures. Their civilization, inspired by the god Arh-Tolth, is founded on the mastery of life and matter.
In the world of Cadwallon, the Alchemists of Dirz have formed alliances with various factions, including the living-dead of Acheron, the Akkyshan elves, the dwarves of Mid-Nor, and the ophidians.
Dirz's ambition to create the perfect being according to divine criteria led to the development of the Arhteth clones, aggressive and gigantic creatures. However, these clones eventually turned against their creators.
