The Librarian himself is a master of knowledge as well as psychic might – his robed armour is covered with scrolls, chained parchments, and the keys to the Chapter's secrets. Mechanical tubing leads to his psychic hood – a device that amplifies the psyker's abilities, while nullifying those of enemy psykers nearby.This metal and plastic miniature comprises three components, and is supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round Base.
