  Sitting near a well with his men, Avangorok the Elusive saw Umran Kal come towards him. He carried his helmet in his hand and his armour gave him a proud aura. Yet the hour was serious.
 “Raïk Avangorok.”
 “Raïk Umran Kal,” answered the Elusive in an unusually respectful way.
 “You know what happened yesterday. The Scorpions have killed our women, our children and our young brothers. Their spirits cry for vengeance. Jackal cries for vengeance. Bran-Ô-Kor cries for vengeance. Our hands will mete out justice and blood will flow. Will you be one of us?”
Avangorok had been waiting for this moment. The exchange of words was just a formality; their gear was already prepared.
 “Enough said,” he exclaimed with conviction. “Now it’s time for war!”
